Out of Stock - An item I want to buy is 'out of stock', when can I buy it?

We, at Secret Halo, always try to bring you the latest and greatest, which means sadly, some items will no longer be stocked to make room for the new! However if you get in touch we'll see what we can do for you.

 

Personalisation - Can I get an item personalised with an engraving?

Sure, we are pleased to offer an engraving option on some of our products. You'll see which pieces you can engrave on its product page as it will mention it in the description, and you can find available items by searching 'engrave'.

Please note, if you have purchased a product for engraving, this could take an additional couple of days to the usual stated delivery times depending on when you place your order. This is due to us only being able to do so on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. Thank you for your understanding & patience.

 

Checkout - Why isn't my payment going through?

Don't worry, we'll help! A few things to try first...

1) Double check your billing address details are correct and match that of your          registered address for the card you're using.

2) Ensure you have sufficient funds on your chosen method of payment.

3) Try refreshing your browser, clearing your cache or even opening a different            browser altogether.

If you are still having trouble, get in touch via FB messenger or send us an email and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

 

Jewellery Care - Can I shower with my jewellery on?

We do not recommend that you wear any jewellery when showering/bathing, swimming or even sleeping or playing sport. This is because there are many factors that affect the lifetime of jewellery such as air humidity, sweat, consumption of medicines or alcohol, wearing perfume, hairspray etc. These could provoke a reaction in the metal that would cause it to oxidise earlier than is normal. Depending on the particular jewellery item you are buying, over time it may change colour, this is normal as a result of general wear and tear. So avoid your jewellery coming into contact with any liquids or cosmetics and you can keep your jewellery looking fabulous for longer!

 

Invoice - Why wasn't there any paperwork sent with my item?

We've gone paperless at Secret Halo, but don't worry we electronically send your order confirmation with all the details to your email address at the time your payment transaction completes. 

 

Designers - I'd love to sell my products on Secret Halo. How can I do this?

Great, we are always keen to hear from new designers! Send us more info to buying@secrethalo.com and we'll be in touch if it is of interest. Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to all wholesale enquiries.

     

Secret Halo Stores - Can I shop at a Secret Halo store in person?

We are 100% online so no stores are around to physically walk into, but letting your eyes wander around our online store is perfect for all that midnight shopping spree madness as we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
